Beautiful Prayer

HOUSE OF PRAYER

 

Time on the campus of the International House of Prayer really helped me to focus on the true purpose of a House of Prayer, which is to worship the Lord, to behold His beauty and to praise Him. Yes, it is a time of intercessory prayer, also, but that is not the main focus. Our focus is to behold Him, to adore Him, to love Him. It’s all about Him! It’s all about Him!

 

I continue to work on becoming a House of Prayer by including prayer, praise, and worship in my day.  However, I am pleased to have installed a prayer room in my dwelling place, as well as Wednesday night prayer meetings for Bethel Community Church.  I also strive to have monthly prayer walks and, at minimum, quarterly prayer vigils.  I look forward to seeing how this will develop! God is good and it is all for him!
